The Dallas Regional Chamber Economic Development Department has several ongoing initiatives designed to recruit corporations to the Dallas/Fort Worth region.
Regional Allies
The Dallas Regional Chamber proudly supports economic development in the 12-county Dallas-Fort Worth region. Through our leadership efforts, the Chamber has been integrally involved in corporate relocation and expansion projects creating increased commercial development and significant job growth to the DFW Metroplex. We maintain relationships with more than 75 key local community allies throughout the region.

DFW Marketing Team
The DFW Marketing Team is an alliance of local and regional economic development organizations dedicated to encouraging corporate location and expansion to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The team markets the 12-county region (Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker Rockwall, Tarrant and Wise) to site selection consultants and corporate real estate executives.

Dallas Regional Momentum
Dallas Regional Momentum is the chamber’s strategic economic development plan to promote the recruitment of corporate relocations and expansions to the region. This initiative funds expenses related to direct contact with corporations and location consultants examining the DFW Region. Targeted corporate research and marketing functions are also supported.

Momentum Awards
The Momentum Award recognizes companies that have fostered positive economic momentum in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. The 2006 Momentum Award winners include DFW International Airport, Countrywide Financial, Capital One, Fluor Corporation, Citigroup and Hunt Oil Company. The Momentum Awards are sponsored by Holmes Murphy and Associates.
