Explore the Chamber's Minority/Women-Owned Business Initiatives
The Chamber offers MWBD programs that are designed to bolster the relationship between corporations & MWBEs. Procurement Luncheons are offered throughout the year and meet area corporations, schools, and cities with MWBEs. Procurement Pavilion at BusinessPlace offers 15-minute appointments with area corporations. Online resources and opportunities include an Access to Capital Guidebook and a Corporate Procurement Guidebook as well as bid opportunities online for members only.
Procurement Luncheons:
This series of monthly luncheons is designed to inform minority and women-owned business entrepreneurs about the procurement process and standard requirements needed to secure business contracts and procurement opportunities. The luncheons are facilitated by corporate procurement personnel, business experts and industry analysts.

The Access to Capital Guidebook provides information for these beginning or revising the financial aspects of starting and financing a business.
The Corporate Procurement Guidebook is a bevy of information regarding certification (MWBE/HUB), corporate procurement processes and standard requirements for doing business with corporations.
The Mentoring Program Catalogue lists Dallas area mentoring programs. It provides a brief description of each program including mentor and mentee criteria, associated fees, participating companies and program contacts.
