The Dallas Regional Chamber understands and recognizes that the number one concern for our members is access to a qualified workforce. For this reason, we have established a taskforce that is responsible for determining the workforce issues our member companies are facing and addressing them by developing programs, events and opportunities for dialogue concerning these issues.

Mission
To facilitate local economic development by:

1. Providing forums and educational opportunities related to workforce development issues.
2. Serving as liaison between business, education and government to address and anticipate workforce challenges.
3. Proactively partner with the Chamber Education and Leadership Development committees to synergistically address short and long term solutions to workforce requirements.
4. Work with other businesses and community organizations to synergistically address short and long term goals.
